By accessing, registering on, or using the 357pk platform (available at 357pk.bio and its associated subdomains and applications), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 357pk (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the 357pk platform. Continued use of any 357pk service following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms apply to all products offered by 357pk including but not limited to: live casino games, cricket and sports betting, slot games, WL Live multiplayer games, Fisher Game, and all promotional offers and bonuses associated with those products. Use of the 357pk platform in any capacity — browsing, registering, depositing, playing, or withdrawing — constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

Access to the 357pk platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at every subsequent login:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age or older. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 357pk enforces the 21+ age restriction without exception across every product category.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform.
• Single Account: You may only hold one active 357pk account. Opening multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from 357pk or any affiliated gaming platform. Players who have self-excluded and subsequently attempt to re-register will have their accounts closed immediately.

357pk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

To access 357pk's gaming and betting products, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update any details that change after registration.
• Keep your account credentials — login details, OTP codes, and password — strictly confidential. 357pk support staff will never ask for your password.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• Notify 357pk support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

357pk reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

357pk operates an exclusively PKR-denominated wallet. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees. The following payment methods are supported:

• JazzCash — Mobile wallet, instant deposit processing
• EasyPaisa — Mobile wallet, instant deposit processing
• HBL — Bank transfer, standard processing times apply
• UBL — Bank transfer, standard processing times apply
• Meezan Bank — Bank transfer, standard processing times apply
• Raast — Instant interbank transfer via SBP's Raast system
• 1LINK — Interbank fund transfer network

Minimum deposit: Rs 100. There is no upper deposit limit, though large transactions may require additional KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 357pk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits.

357pk does not charge processing fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside 357pk's control and will be borne by the account holder.

All wagers placed on the 357pk platform — whether on cricket, live casino, slots, WL Live, or Fisher Game — are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any product-specific rules displayed at the point of play:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 357pk does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred on the platform's side.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects the integrity of a game or bet, 357pk reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's wallet.
• Odds and game outcomes on 357pk are determined by certified random number generation systems or live real-dealer operations. All results are final.
• For cricket and sports betting: markets may be suspended at any time to protect the integrity of live events. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
• 357pk reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict betting markets, or close accounts where irregular betting patterns are detected.

Disputes regarding game outcomes or bet settlements must be raised with 357pk support within 72 hours of the event. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated.

357pk offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, which will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses may only be used on specified game categories as stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion.
• 357pk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who 357pk reasonably believes are abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, irregular betting patterns, or coordinated play — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 357pk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information in live dealer settings
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your 357pk account
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with 357pk's software infrastructure

357pk employs fraud detection systems that operate continuously across all accounts and game types. Suspected fraudulent activity will be investigated, and affected accounts may be frozen pending the outcome of that investigation.

357pk is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products and player interactions. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

Every 357pk account holder has access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings — no support ticket or approval required:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased in real time; increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Session Duration Alerts: Configure automatic alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a defined period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) when you feel you need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your 357pk account and request exclusion from future re-registration. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

357pk staff are trained to recognise signs of problem gambling and may proactively reach out to players displaying concerning patterns. Interaction with our responsible gaming team is confidential.

All content on the 357pk platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of 357pk or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, licence, or interest in 357pk's intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 357pk content without prior written authorisation from 357pk. Unauthorised use of 357pk trademarks or branding is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 357pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected winnings due to technical failures, network interruptions, or third-party service outages
• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the platform
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security
• Errors in odds, game rules, or promotional terms that were corrected prior to settlement

357pk's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

357pk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on 357pk, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key points regarding your data on 357pk:

• Your personal data is used solely for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes.
• 357pk does not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Your Pakistani mobile number and banking details are stored using industry-standard encryption protocols.
• You may request a copy of your personal data or request deletion of non-legally-required data by contacting [email protected].

357pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2
• Any regulatory or compliance requirement that necessitates account closure

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance remaining in the account will be held pending investigation. Where fraud or misrepresentation is confirmed, 357pk reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in full. Where no violation is confirmed, the remaining balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending withdrawal requests.

357pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 357pk will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 357pk platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 357pk holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 357pk support shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body.

For disputes relating to individual game outcomes or bet settlements, players must first exhaust 357pk's internal dispute resolution process by submitting a formal complaint to [email protected]. 357pk will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a reasoned resolution within 5 business days.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
